Jacob graduated with honors from the Culinary Program at FVCC in 2014. He learned how to master sushi preparation and execution under the tutelage of former Head Chef Phil Vilar. Jacob is a Whitefish, MT native, and has worked in the restaurant business since he was a teen. Jacob is excited to work with a great team and is building a wonderful future here at Wasabi!
